The On-Site Program brings the NFNF Management Skills Program to learners who prefer in-person training and the convenience of their own workplace. The program consists of five 6-hour sessions, administered by a team of on-site NFNF expert facilitators over the course of 3-5 months.

Course content mirrors the TeleCourse Program, with exercises tailored to fit in-person interactive coursework and team activities. The On-Site Program offers a broad scope and depth of learning to its participants: each full-day session covers an entire module, allowing participants to thoroughly explore each topic without interruptions or distractions. Participants are able to actively and creatively engage with and learn from each other at their own pace via role-playing exercises, demonstrations, and case study discussions.
