She was born and raised in Sweden and has spent the last 15 years in the US building an internationally recognized leadership consulting firm with offices in Boston, MA, Columbus, OH, and Gothenburg, Sweden. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and received her Masters Degree in Instructional Design from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. She works with Executives and organizations from Kansas to Dubai.

Petersen brings a unique combination of skills to the No Frills No Fluff team. He is a former litigator, a renowned artist, and an opinionated contributor who isn’t afraid to speak his mind. As a connoisseur of information, he devours books, newspaper, magazines, and blogs and finds internet oddities that make you smile all day at the office. He is a Certified Professional Behavioral/Values Analyst and received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, MI.

Matt leaves no stone unturned when researching current trends in the legal field for the Lawyer’s Edition of the No Frills No Fluff™ Management Skills Program. This diligence, combined with his “in the trenches” experience as a litigator at firms in Chicago, IL and Columbus, OH, gives Matt the perfect balance of theory and practice. He received his J.D. at Capital University Law School in Columbus, OH.

Danielle moves and talks at the speed of light. Luckily for our readers, she doesn’t type as quickly. She is passionate about helping managers and leaders perform at peek capacity and she brings a wealth of knowledge from her experience in corporate HR and training in the high-tech field. She is a Certified Professional Behavioral/Values Analyst and received her Bachelors Degree in Communication from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH.

Senior Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant

Cindy’s specialty is helping managers and leaders change their behavior by offering unique tools and techniques that help them manage stress, break self-limiting habits, and develop positive behaviors and skills. She is a Certified Professional Coach with a practical hands-on style and is known for her caring approach and great sense of humor. She received her Bachelors Degree in Communication from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT.

Leadership Consultant

Blake heads up the obsessive compulsive department at No Frills No Fluff. She is ISO Certified and has served in a variety of HR roles from Quality Trainer/Auditor to Human Resource Manager. She is known for offering innovative advice that helps organizations and individuals create positive resolutions to complex challenges. She is a Certified Professional Behavioral/Values Analyst and received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth.
